Accessibility

Statement last updated: September 25, 2026.
Last recorded accessibility scan: September 25, 2026.

Clearnode is committed to making our public website and services usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we design, build, publish, and support our work. We want people to be able to learn about Clearnode, use the service, and contact us without unnecessary barriers.

Our accessibility standard

Our goal is to maintain conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, for the website and service features we control. We make every reasonable effort to maintain that standard as content and features change. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and an issue can still arise despite those efforts.

How we work toward accessibility

Our approach combines automated, scheduled scanning with human review. Automated checks help us find detectable issues, while human review helps us assess the experience of using content and key tasks. We use findings and feedback to prioritize fixes, make improvements, and review changes over time.

In design, development, and content work, we pay particular attention to:

  • Clear page structure, meaningful headings, and readable language.
  • Keyboard access, visible focus, and controls that can be understood without relying on color alone.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels or instructions for forms.
  • Readable contrast, flexible layouts, and content that remains usable when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed.
  • Reviewing important user journeys with human judgment, including keyboard and assistive-technology use where practical.

Some content or functionality supplied by customers or independent third parties may be outside our direct control. If an outside service creates a barrier in a Clearnode task, please tell us; we will work to address it or help you find another way to complete the task.

Report a barrier or ask for help

If you cannot access information or use a feature of our website or service, please use our contact form or email [email protected]. Email is available if the form itself is difficult to use. We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to fix it or provide the information or service in another accessible way.

It helps to include the page or feature involved, what happened, and how we can reach you. If you are comfortable sharing your browser, device, or assistive technology, that can help us investigate, but you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information to ask for help.
